Ordered GE Appliances from LP Appliance February 2021 to be delivered to new build in June 2021. During this process we were assured that appliances were received by LP early on and would be available when needed. Here we are in mid July and are now being told when they feel like responding that the range is on back order. I have found LP Appliance lack of communication, transparency, and customer service to be disappointing at best.
2.5 years of issues with the appliances we purchased here, with extremely poor customer service. You’d be better off supporting big box store than these people
