My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and a wash machine four months ago. Service was required for wash machine.That Service didn't correct the problem and the owner agreed that the machine was faulty. He has promised to replace it for three months. We've made contact with him many times and he keeps blowing up off. If you need to purchase an appliance, go somewhere else. Ordered GE Appliances from LP Appliance February 2021 to be delivered to new build in June 2021. During this process we were assured that appliances were received by LP early on and would be available when needed. Here we are in mid July and are now being told when they feel like responding that the range is on back order. I have found LP Appliance lack of communication, transparency, and customer service to be disappointing at best.

2.5 years of issues with the appliances we purchased here, with extremely poor customer service. You’d be better off supporting big box store than these people
