I found the staff to be very professional, however James Lozinsky was horrible. He didn’t answer emails, he didn’t respond to queries, he made every effort to be intimidating. If I was a less experienced person, I would have been intimidated. He held up the deal I was involved in for a year, due to either incompetence or lack of professionalism. Not sure which.
