I tested my unit for mold myself it came back positive.I reached out to property management they called Lozier .A guy name Larry I Think Came Out Tested My Unit.He did the mold test With My Dehumidifier Running .I Honestly Feel In My Heart I Got a Inaccurate Reading .I Reached Out To Ask because I don’t know anything bout mold testing but I’m Having trouble breathing .I Called Lozier ,A Lady Answered The Phone ,I Asked Her If I’m Going To Get A Test Should My Dehumidifier Be Off .She then Said Yes Including Fans,Windows Clos... read more

Lozier made it so easy to collect and have them analyze drinking water samples from 5 city homes (ours and other family and friends). They provided the sample containers with the proper preservative and instructions and a Chain of Custody form. Pick up and drop off at their Main Street was extremely easy and the results were delivered by email within the timeframe they had estimated. Cost was reasonable. Overall, they were great to work with
