I’m not surprised to see the low rating. Avoid at all cost. Had a treatment here that ended with me needing private repair as their job was subpar. Agree with the rest of the comments about the receptionists, they shouldn’t be allowed to talk to people let alone vulnerable unwell people.
1.0 Horror practise. Rude dentist. “ I’m not pulling out your teeth on the NHS for 10 pound, It’s 250 pound” I was told. The receptionist is differently rude as well. I don’t get it. If you don’t like your job go do something else. I asked a question on the phone she’s so rude it’s unbelievable and she didnt even answer what I asked. Said something totally different. Don’t waste your time and money there They give me appointment after one month to treatments in NHS When I attend my appointment they charge me NHS band 2 fee After that doctor demands me to pay extra private fees £250 more Also claim from nhs and private fees
