I hired Lozano Roofing Inc. in 2025 to install the roofs on three of my newly built townhomes. Although I contracted with Lozano Roofing, they hired subcontractors to perform the work. After the roofing was completed, all three homes failed the building inspection because the required ridge ventilation was not installed properly. I made numerous attempts to contact the owner by phone, but my calls went unanswered. If you need a new roof or even repairs CALL THEM!! I have zero regrets! I had at least 5 quotes and chose to go with this company because they knew exactly what they were doing! We had our entire roof replaced with a metal roof and with our home being older they ran into issues but dealt with them like it was nothing! They came and knocked it out quick and left our yard more clean than when they arrived. I will NEVER call anyone else!
Working with Lozano roofing was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a contractor recently. Jose was responsive and gave a straightforward estimate. His crew was able to work around electricians I had onsite for other work and was even able to complete the job a week earlier than expected. 10 out of 10, would have them roof again!

They are not only responsive and courteous, their estimate was spot on and they itemized the costs so well I had no worry about surprise costs! My roof looks beautiful and I feel confident in a job well done. I would highly recommend their services.
Lozano Roofing Inc. did a fantastic job on our roof. Jose and his crew worked with our family to provide excellent service from start to finish! They kept a great line of communication. They allowed us ample time to work with insurance/bank.They provided real-time cost of everything needed to improve the roof from start to finish.
