This is now the SECOND review like Mr. Gabino's below. My husband purchased a Jeep from Renee—no issues with payments—and TODAY it was repossessed! We called the financing company, and they confirmed they did NOT order this. We were told we couldn’t call the police, but I don’t play the games these people do—I DID call, and the police confirmed there was no repossession order and that we could absolutely file a report, which we did. Rolanda and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful. They worked with me and got me in a vehicle I wanted and I drove off the lot today. Would highly recommend you go there for a used vehicle and great service.

DONT come to this place unless you wanna be robbed , I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado in June with a 1,500 down payment, my first payment was gonna be in July . I called where the truck was financed and turned out I was never in the system , so I called Renne & Mr. Lozano to ask them about that, they helped me make the payment there, two weeks later they picked up my truck for home saying the payment was never received .
