My fiancé hired this office back in April through his MetLife legal plan. We had a strong consumer case against an auto repair shop and we handed them literally everything on a silver platter — a full written timeline, invoices, receipts, text messages, even a constable case number. I called twice left message never got a call then finally someone from their office called and said that the receptionist haven’t been in, but that somebody would call right away, but he was actually for an issue that my daughter had I needed advice and consultation ASAP three days after that call she still has not gotten a call back from Lozano Law Firm that is completely a red flag that evidently they’re so disorganized that how can they help their clients when they need help my thought
