The negative reviews here are not exaggerated, my experience was very similar. Communication dropped off almost immediately after payment. Getting basic updates, confirmation of actions, or even simple information like tracking details for correspondence became a constant effort on my end. There were unexplained delays, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to get a response. Very disappointing experience. I reached out to this firm for help with an insurance dispute, submitted detailed information, and then waited around four months without follow-up. When I finally called back, I was told my case had been marked closed, supposedly because of a portal merger, and then told they do not handle this kind of matter. After nearly two years of representation in a family law case, we experienced poor communication and lack of trial preparation. When we could not afford additional trial fees, my partner was forced to proceed pro se. The result was an order requiring lifetime child support (PAYING FOR LIFE) and payment of the opposing attorney’s fees. Ask very clear questions about trial readiness and total costs before hiring. Better yet, do not hire please. Save yourself the heartache.

Read the reviews people. Noticing a pattern. Completely wasted a lot of my time believing these people. They’re quick to get your intake information, but it’s been over 6 weeks now and I haven’t heard a peep. I’ve reached out weekly and get the same reply that they’ve reached out to the scheduler. What a joke. Stay far far away. Especially if you have anything time-sensitive at all.
