Signed a contract with Levi in April, 2017 for a 40x60 Pole Bldg. Start date in June to be completed end of June. Called end of June to ask when he would start, said July 11. Nobody came to start and no call to explain. Asked for deposit back and he said he would return. Still no return of deposit as of Sept 27. Did not appear at magistrates hearing to answer charges. R.
