What a great experience! Jake talked us through the whole selection process and gave us the pros and cons of everything. When we decided what we were going with they got us right in the schedule. Hayden coordinated and communicated everything. He kept us in the loop on all work that was happening. The crew worked tirelessly to get everything done and we were able to get a few swims in before it turned chilly. I would highly recommend Loy’s Pools and Patios for your next pool or landscaping project.

Great experience from start to finish! We decided we wanted a pool in April 2025 and evaluated several local companies. After meeting with Jake at Loy’s, it was clear they were the most responsive, organized, and qualified team. The design and budgeting process was excellent — they worked closely with us to address a challenging site with limited space and a significant retaining wall. Jake was kind and knowledgeable, Loy’s has a nice showroom/office in Maryville and it was a pleasant process getting a quote. Jake gave us all the time we needed and was patient with our questions.

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool. Jake was awesome to work with on the design—super helpful and easy to deal with. Once the build started, Hayden and his crew worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. Any little issue that came up was promptly taken care of. We’re thrilled with the end result and would definitely recommend them!
