Per the sign on the door, this location has been closed since the beginning of April 2023 DuPage Immediate Care is in the next building over and did not disappoint
Very slow. No one at the front desk. You have to call an extension to get registered. Then just wait to be called.
Quite possibly the slowest immediate care that I have ever been to. It seems like their either always understaffed or just in general don’t move too quickly. You’ll be waiting here for a long time before a doctor actually sees you. If you have time to wait, it’s not a terrible location. It’s just slow. That being said, the doctor is very nice. I have only seen one doctor that works in this particular location but she is nice and thorough as well.
