Had hip pain, went to Burr Ridge facility. Very quick service. Doctor took time to thoroughly check me, had xray don immediately. Was able to rule out a fracture & start pain meds with physical therapy to follow. Extremely happy with treatment received.
Great location, a little on the unorganized side when you check in. Staff is friendly, they just have a broken system for check in, needs to have a separate check in for just doing labs. They are using sticky notes, there has to be a better way. Parking is horrible
Had an appointment at 1125 waited 30 mins to be seated in a room to wait another hour still waiting on the doctor. Once the doctor showed up the Nurse just stands there on her phone while the doctor explained stuff very strange. bathrooms arent clean not sure if they even check them but the workers are nice people.
I have been to this facility multiple times. The front desk associates are almost always friendly and the nurses and doctors have always been attentive and helpful. Sure, at times someone has a bad day but it is not the norm.
Observing the way the staff treated the other patients I decided not to test my luck.
