Had an appointment at 1125 waited 30 mins to be seated in a room to wait another hour still waiting on the doctor. Once the doctor showed up the Nurse just stands there on her phone while the doctor explained stuff very strange. bathrooms arent clean not sure if they even check them but the workers are nice people.
I have been to this facility multiple times. The front desk associates are almost always friendly and the nurses and doctors have always been attentive and helpful. Sure, at times someone has a bad day but it is not the norm.
Observing the way the staff treated the other patients I decided not to test my luck.
Unfortunately, this location is filled with the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff! They feel like they can treat you whatever just because you are sick and need help. I will move my entire medical treatment somewhere else immediately!
