Very disappointing experience at the McNeal Hospital Orthopedic Office on South Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. D. Lee three weeks in advance. One week before the appointment, I was notified that the doctor was unavailable, so I rescheduled for September 16 at 3:30 p.m. I arrived at 3:10 p.m., checked in, and was told to wait. The staff here is great!
Well, I haven’t even seen the surgeon yet and just the intake process have me second guessing if I should have come here. Staff is rude and it looks as if they’re rushing for some reason. If my outcome changes I’ll change my review but for now, I wouldn’t come back.
Dr. Hall is excellent. Listens to me talks with me and explains our plan and never hurries me out or anything always takes his time with explaining.
