Neverrrr Overpriced, dirty, no maintenance, and difficult to deal with. Overall not a good leasing company for a student. I was worried the whole time my son lived in loyola leasing's apartment because it seemed so unsafe and dirty. Not a good pick, i regret letting my son live there
YIKES! I have a bad taste in my mouth from a sleezy landlord that is completely unhelpful, inconsistent and impossible to get a hold of. He wont give you his phone number ("he will call you", yea right) you will get filthy housing conditions, rodents, bugs, patchy maintenance, and worst of all, he doesn't collect keys from previous tenants! He does favors for friends and will put you out as a result. Just a horrible situation and want out but im stuck on this lease for a year, DONT DO IT!
