Dr. Loynes saved my life .
I came to see Dr. Loynes today and I was on the schedule for a different doctor. The switch was made without notification whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable. I live over an hour away and had to take 4 hours of leave from work. I've been rescheduled several times. I specifically waited longer for an appointment to see Dr. Loynes. Also, my appointment was at 10am and I was not seen until 11am. However, if I'm late 15 minutes after driving an hour, they make you reschedule. I am beyond upset and disappointed. As a patient with a terminal brain tumor I have to say this clinic handles me very well and I feel safe and well taken care of. I feel it’s hard to find better care of patients on the crystal coast. Thank you raab clinic for your knowledge professionalism and GREAT care. From the mds to the nps I’ve felt very well taken care of
I was in need of lab results in order to schedule a surgery that I’ve been needing for quite sometime. The morning of my appt., my wife happened to be sick which caused me to have to take my kids to school. Luckily I arrived only 2 minutes late for my 8 am appt. As I was parking in the hospital parking lot, I received a phone call that said Dr. J. Loynes would not take me in and I had to reschedule.
