Absolutely stellar costumer service! I live in Springfield, MO and broke down coming back from Kansas City. Breaking down in a strange city is stressful and I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend McKinley/ Lloyd’s tire and auto and I couldn’t be more grateful that he did. They were amazing to deal with; super communicative, very helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. If I lived closer I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Horrible experience. I had an appointment to get my car aligned. They came back with a list of parts needing replaced. Both lower control arms, both outer tie rods, and a lower tie rod with a price of $1035.00. Took it home my husband and I replaced all the parts. I took it back the following Monday for an alignment. I was informed their lift broke 5 minutes before my appointment. He assured me he would call as soon as the lift was repaired. 3 weeks later. No phone call. Got me right in , 6 new tires. Good price.
So helpful and honest!!! Good prices and friendly staff!!
My husband was going to order new tires for his truck. He told them he'd call back that day and get it all set up. He came back 7 times and nobody answered the phone. On the 7th call they picked up the phone and instantly hung it back up. Guess they didn't want his 1000.00 for new tires. Very rude way to run a business.
