Great place good people seem to be honest
Absolutely stellar costumer service! I live in Springfield, MO and broke down coming back from Kansas City. Breaking down in a strange city is stressful and I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend McKinley/ Lloyd’s tire and auto and I couldn’t be more grateful that he did. They were amazing to deal with; super communicative, very helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. If I lived closer I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Horrible experience. I had an appointment to get my car aligned. They came back with a list of parts needing replaced. Both lower control arms, both outer tie rods, and a lower tie rod with a price of $1035.00. Took it home my husband and I replaced all the parts. I took it back the following Monday for an alignment. I was informed their lift broke 5 minutes before my appointment. He assured me he would call as soon as the lift was repaired. 3 weeks later. No phone call.
