People were not unpleasant, but we had a scheduled oil change that we ended up waiting for over 2 hours from the time of the scheduled appointment. However they schedule needs to be reevaluated... Update, to compensate for the amount of time the service took, loyalty did not charge us for a tire change. They reported that they had something go wrong while changing the oil amd that's why it took so long.
I know there is some dealer mark up on parts and I get that. This place tried to charge me 62$ for a seal that is available elsewhere for 9$ with the exact same part #
