Ceyron was one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time ! He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I called with an urgent request and he was out giving us a free inspection the next day. Can't recommend him enough !!
About a year ago, out of the blue, rodents began to run about in my condo. I went from one or two, with slight movement in the dark, to me turning on the kitchen light and seeing a mouse scatter across the counters. It was HORRIBLE! Loyalty Pest was contacted, Ceyron and crew came out, checked every nook and cranny, placed traps and wired close openings that may have been an entry point. I had some squirrels decide they wanted to take up residence in my attic which was driving me nuts (no pun intended). Loyalty Pest was so quick to respond, efficient and transparent in dealing with the situation, on top of being incredibly kind. Very appreciative of the work done and the speed with which my problem was dealt with.
