Avoid this place at all costs. Worse experience possible. Other stores in Calgary are more expensive but at least you won't feel like you were just taken advantage of. I bought something that I regretted. Took it back the next day, no refund... So I had to sell at a loss. Most places where I plan to spend over $2k would actually care if I was happy with their products... Not this place. Please don't make the same mistake as me

Albert is by far the most knowledeable two channel audio guru I have come to know over the years as an audio enthusiast. His understanding of tubes, wiring, amps, speakers etc.and great sound is inspiring. I highly recommend anyone who loves to listen to music to seek out Albert for his expertise in customizing a two channel system to suit your pocketbook.
