This year 2024 Nay charged me 1,400$ claiming she was gonna add something to get me more on my taxes which she lied about.i worked2 jobs,went to school and had two children but still got back the bear minimum. Then she forgot the insurance so the IRS denied me so I had to wait extra time. Highly unprofessional and family oriented.i will not be coming back.
