I took my 2022 nissan rogue to Loyalty Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. The truck had started not starting up or starting up slow. Then John told me I had to pay $100"for the diagnostic and $100 for my warranty deductible I will get a $100 back if it wasn't the battery. However it was the battery. Instead of him charging me 59.95 for an hour in half for the diagnostic he charges me $200 for an hour now you know it didn't an hour for a battery. On top of he lied about what the $200 was for. Always double check that they do the work your paying for. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was not done, until I pointed out that it wasn't done.
Unable to diagnosis or fix the problem with my new 2025 Murano. I recommend staying away from Loyalty Nissan altogether. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell.
Im 42 and have bought about 20 vehicles. By far the best lot to buy from. The salesman to finance manager to the shop tech have all been wonderful and you can tell they like what they do.
