They listened too me and they found the reason my car was not starting on some occasions.
Prior to this experience, we had always been pleased with the service department. This time we were extremely disappointed. We took our car in to have the rims repaired as covered by our warranty. We had talked to Roger, our service advisor, on at least 3 occasions about getting the rims repaired when we brought the car in for other work or inspection. My last appointed service took longer than promised, service advisors doesnt update you on your vehicle.
