Alex the owner of this company does inferior work. Don’t be fooled based on his demeanor. Paid what he asked and I’m beyond livid. Gave him the opportunity to correct it, with little improvement. Didn’t show up on day agreed to for second application. Unreliable and I spent $5200 for this. Didn’t charge for second application, but I will need someone else to make it right. Inground pool with concrete deck came out great!
Wouldn't trust anyone else with a pool and stamped concrete. The attention to detail was incredible. They walked us through every step and made us feel like they cared. Most contractors we have dealt with to this point have been terrible so working with Loyalty has been refreshing.
Al and his crew were phenomenal! very professional and efficient. will recommend 10/10
This is a great company to work with.. I do their photography of their projects so I see the work they do first hand and I can tell you it's top tier. I photograph 1400 homes a year so I know when I see A+ work.
