I have been trying to get documentation about work done on our house for home owners insurance purposes. I provided very detailed information about what was needed and keep getting the run around and empty promises to have it done by a certain time.when the owner is in the office. Very disappointing experience for something so straight forward

We have been wanting to add a bathroom and reconnect a separated room for some time. We were very weary about hiring a contractor due to horror story's we have heard from friends. We did out interviews and ended up going with Loyalty Construction. Our project manager Eli and his project supervisor Ben were amazing. They took the time to do proper permits.Also his crew is top notch and I would recommend them to family and friends. just finished an extensive kitchen and fireplace remodel on my 1952 mid century home. I had interviewed several contractors and Roy impressed me with his ability to not only design the kitchen but to build it as well. I decided to hired Roy because I liked his work ethic, the way he communicated and his honest approach. These attributes remained throughout the whole project. Overall the remodel went very smoothly thanks to the talent of both Roy and is team It was a pleasure having them around. Thanks guys!
