My wife's car was in an accident and this was listed as progressive's preferred shop. The day i was supposed to drop it off 10/31 they called and said they wanted to order the parts and they would call in a couple of days when parts were in. Mid week the next week I called and the lady was pretty rude and says they'll call you nothing else she can tell me. I am reserving my rating for a later date. My 2022 Toyota Camry is there for repairs following a collision. I will update this review upon completion of those repairs. Great job, guys. My Camry drives and rides the same as it did before the crash.
They are liars and deadline wasn’t met. Didn’t replace everything brand new. Patched up most of the work. DON’T RECOMMEND.
I wish I could give 0*... my car has been in since January 6th 2025 with noone calling to update us or give us estimate time..we are going on week 6.. Nissan is expecting me to pay my $500+ monthly payment and $1K for rental!? According to their reps "there is nothing they can do and I can submit receipt for review but there is no guarantee they will reimburse me"...
