Very satisfied with Shelby. She kept me posted every step of the way
My Chrysler was damaged by road debris causing damage to sensors and broken bumper. Shelby was very helpful and kept me informed and in the the loop with the entire process while my car was getting fixed. Heather was so professional and helped with the rental car. The collision and paint shop got my baby looking and riding as if it was never damaged. Thank you for the work. Definitely recommend for quality work and professional service.
We had our 2018 Chevy Traverse in for a radiator problem after we hit a tire on the way to work, (it was covered under insurance, we only paid the 500 deductible) Shelby was SO understanding, answered EVERY question we had, and answered every call we made to check up on the truck, we will definitely be coming back here if we have anymore vehicle problems
