Over the years, I have not had the best of experiences with dealership's. That said, my family and I moved to Williamsburg, VA three years ago. My car broke down on I95 (blown water pump and much more....), and OnStar Roadside Assistance had my vehicle towed to Loyalty Cadillac. That is when my day started to get better! My vehicle got to Loyalty late Thursday afternoon. I was on the road again resuming my journey by mid afternoon Friday. Trey Kight absolutely made it happen.
