Old-school barbershop with the best vibe/atmosphere ever. Getting the straight razor and hot towel treatment is the absolute best. Go in expecting them to be busy for walk-in days - it’s worth the wait. The shop is very welcoming for trans and nonbinary folk - as long as you’re looking for a barbershop-style cut they’re happy to serve you. I’ve never left unhappy with a cut from Loyalty.
I called them Saturday and asked if they were still doing walkins and they said they were until 4pm. I came in at 1pm and they turned me away because I wasnt in the board and they werent accepting anymore. I had heard good things about them. Completely disappointed with the poor communication and customer service. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be lied to.
Expected much better with the reviews, location and pricing. Felt nothing different or special compared to franchise hair places found all over any town.
