Fantastic barber shop! I had been looking for a place to get a consistent beard trim after having mixed quality results elsewhere around Lansing. I gave Loyalty a try and haven't looked back since - they're my "go-to" spot from now on. All of the stylists are great, and Melanie has been getting me right for the last few months. The online appointment scheduling and payment is super easy and convenient.

Ian always does a great job and never does me wrong. Everybody who works here is super friendly and welcoming, the shop is super oldschool and awesome, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend getting a cut here!
