This business is a scam posed as an auto shop. They took full advantage of the fact that I don’t know squat about vehicles. They told me the 2 most expensive things needed to be replaced. I give them money for the quoted amount and services and wait for a phone call for when the parts come in so I can bring them my car. Instead I get a phone call that they are unable to find parts for the amount they quoted me they would like an astronomical amount of money more. Stay away from this shop. Diagnosed the vehicle with an expensive problem it didn’t even have. When given payment for a catalytic converter, they then called 10 days later to report the cost would be $6000. Any reputable auto shop knows there’s no such thing. Scammers

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Brought my wife’s car in, received an incorrect diagnosis and solution ($500+). Took the vehicle to another shop to be told that whoever did the work on the improper solution “forgot” crucial hardware (3 bolts, 1 hose clamp, and 2 electrical connections). Unrelated incident, a friend took their vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, upon picking up her vehicle she noticed that items were missing from the vehicle. Completely incompetent auto shop. Was assured the problem on my car was fixed. After paying $500, the problem returned immediately. Forgot to put hose clamps back on, and was told I needed to have another $600 service done if I actually want the problem fixed.

Loyalty did lots of work on my Chrysler 300 they did a phenomenal job now I go back all time my car needs work no matter what it is that has to be done. I recommend them
