I was referred to this pharmacy by a Medicare referral service (not Medicare - just out sourced vendor). After almost a month I found out Loyalton Pharmacy would not accept my order for testing supplies because my insurance won't cover it. BS. I pay for Part B Medicare as well as Parts C & D with Kaiser Permanente. Emailed my Kaiser MD and got order filled in 2-1/2 hours @ a Kaiser facility close by.
