I used Derek once before the pandemic hit. His service was just average. At the time of my appointment he scheduled a second appointment for me. I cancelled this appointment the next day. During the pandemic, I thought I would give him another chance and liked the idea of no other clients in the salon at the time of my appointment. Something came up and I had to cancel, with plenty of notice. I just tried to schedule another appointment and he called me to say I had to prepay 50% upfront since I've cancelled before. 4/1 UPDATE: I need to update my review now that Derek colored my hair: OMG, thank goodness. i don't know why i waited. I was hesitant to color my hair to what he suggested. I am glad i finally agreed. Best decision. It's given me a more youthful appearance, and really compliments me. i could not be more pleased. He has such an eye for what will work. Derek is the best hair stylist I have ever had. I searched months and tried numerous different salons and couldn’t be happier with Loyal T. Did an amazing job on my moms hair as well
