Excellent service n decent cocktails. An intimate space
The perfect secret hideout to get away from the crowd. Ray really knows what hes doing, does things with drink combinations ive never even heard of. Excellent time and can't wait to return.
I ordered room service 3 times in 2 days and the food always arrived within 30 minutes, was delicious, and impeccably presented.
It was the worst hotel stay and the beginning of months of wasted time and frustration. I am also a Platinum Elite member, which made the experience even more disappointing given the level of service I expected. I requested an oceanfront room, but they failed to provide one and instead gave me a room overlooking the parking lot.
