I ordered room service 3 times in 2 days and the food always arrived within 30 minutes, was delicious, and impeccably presented.
It was the worst hotel stay and the beginning of months of wasted time and frustration. I am also a Platinum Elite member, which made the experience even more disappointing given the level of service I expected. I requested an oceanfront room, but they failed to provide one and instead gave me a room overlooking the parking lot. Everyone at the front desks were great. Room was comfortable overall. Would have liked more than just a tiny square for personal space in the fridge to keep drinks cold. Tried to use the ice bucket but the floor's ice machine wasn't working. Also, housekeeping tried coming to clean before 9am...not sure who wants their room cleaned that early. Restaurant/bar staff was nice, except one waiter who gave us a bit of attitude for trying to pull over a third chair. Not sure if we'd stay again.
The best in Boston! They always treat us well and we have an amazing time. Central to everything!
