Dr. Paul, Leigh and team provided exceptional care for our little dog, Layla. They corrected, through surgery, a luxating patella. Follow up care and medication were explained very clearly, as well as in written form. Layla greatly benefited from Leigh's follow up laser therapy, hydrotherapy and strengthening exercises. She is always super friendly and helpful when recommending follow up exercises at home. We are extremely grateful that Layla will soon be able to run and play without discomfort. Our Border/Aussie "Ollie" was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament in his knee and we were able to get him in to the Loyalist Veterinary Orthopaedic and Rehab Clinic to have TPLO surgery fairly quickly which was great as he was limping and in some discomfort. All of the staff were great, to include everything from the surgery, right through his physiotherapy towards his full recovery. Our chocolate lab, Jag had 2 TPLO surgeries in the past 11 months and he received excellent care from the Staff at the Loyalist Veterinary Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Services. Jag had water therapy and ultrasound treatments with Leigh. Jag loves Leigh 💝 He really enjoyed his time in the water therapy tank! Thank you to all the Staff who put all their heart and soul into caring for our Jag! He is doing great, enjoying his walks and deck time in the sun! 🤗
Loyalist Veterinary Orthopaedic is an excellent hospital. Dr. Paul Hardacre took the time to explain everything to me every step of the way, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pricing was more than reasonable. My Bernadoodle is healing excellently from his TPLO surgery. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of orthopaedic and/or rehabilitation services for their pet.
My dog recently had surgery and I called my loyalist orthopedic for more information about their rehabilitation program. I called to inquire about it and the woman on the other line told me she didn't know anything about it so I would have to book a consultation. Before i hang up the phone I asked her how much it would cost and what I needed to bring or prepare - she said" Nothing, just bring your dog".
