They almost never answer phones and any time I send an email with a question they never answer it or skip over the info I need in order to be fully informed of what I need to bring to an appointment. They also never ask me important follow up questions like, for example, if I’m booking appointment to get meds they don’t ask if it’s for mental health medication so they know how long to make the appointment.
