Love this doctors office. Office staff are always so kind. You can tell they work really hard. Just two of them! Dr. Janice McPhail was extremely helpful while going thru a hard time. I feel really lucky and forever grateful.
Dr Weatherall and Kim have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the years. My wife and I thank them very much for all they have done for us

From the start of booking my appointment online, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Same thing when I get there. Her tone and lack of care for her job and patients is absolutely unacceptable. Something needs to be done or said, because from what I hear, this has been going on for far too long.
