They like to book appointments every week for my children through my parents and myself and my husband have them full time so no idea why this office feels the need to not contact us. They have been great doctors but I'm about to let them go as doctors and find a new one would be way better off. Dr. Feltham was a fantastic doctor but has been nothing but issues with providing us a rude pediatrician, then admitting my daughter to the hospital as she was tiny for her age stuck there a week for no reason at all called CAS on us... read more
Secretary doesn’t answer the phones right away have to call like 4-5 times befor I get an answer. “Sorry I was having lunch” it’s 9am in the morning Slow on time management… each time I set an appointment they have me waiting in the waiting room for half hour -hour after my set time
Love this doctors office. Office staff are always so kind. You can tell they work really hard. Just two of them! Dr. Janice McPhail was extremely helpful while going thru a hard time. I feel really lucky and forever grateful.
Dr Weatherall and Kim have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the years. My wife and I thank them very much for all they have done for us
