I had an amazing experience at Loyal Nails & Spa (Bio-Gel) in Movati Athletic Plaza! The salon was super clean, welcoming, and had a really relaxing vibe. I booked a pedicure and was lucky enough to have Brenda take care of me — and she did an outstanding job! She was so attentive, detailed, and gentle, making sure everything was perfect. My feet feel and look incredible! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service, and definitely ask for Brenda — she’s fantastic!

Absolutely horrible, asked for a milky purple and walked out with yellow chrome, said it would turn out different, it looks like chrome has been chipping off and it's because she used a sponge for the color part, wow, huge disappointment...was very assertive and didn't care what color or design I picked, she did her own thing. So double fail here......yes she fixed them but only after I waited to pay for 25 mins and then told her that her the owners job should have been better, I don't work hard for my money to waste it..yes... read more
