Terrible!! If you have an appointment with Tammy Ngo then reschedule because you will lose your claim. Absolutely dismissive and will force you past the point of pain for range of motion even if you express pain explicitly. Listen to this review and the others mentioning her specifically. I have done quite a few C&P exams over the last 15 years and this was by far the worst. She is the poster child for why veterans think C&P examiners are out to get them.
The absolute worst. I had two in a row virtual doctor appointments for mental health where the doctors never showed. Before the third appointment I called LSGS and had them call the doctor beforehand to ensure they would show up. I then logged in early (as we veterans do) and waited for my third appointment. After waiting 20 minutes for my session to start, where it showed the host would let me in shortly, it suddenly closed on me. I then called LSGS and they said I was a NO SHOW! This was my first time applying for benefits and I was hesitant because I was very unfamiliar with the process. But my experience with Loyal Source overall was outstanding! Everyone greeted me with smilees and was very professional throughout my visit. The facility was very nice and the examiner was very thorough. Went here for test required by VA. Any Vets out there looking for fast turn time to get you in and out, I recommend you ask to be seen here at Loyal Healthcare. The staff are nice and helpful. They understand and appreciate your service to this country. Would leave 10 stars if they had option. :)
Literally schedules without contacting the veteran and I wasn't able to reschedule. I was offered cancel or be a no show bc there's no re schedule available and by the way your claim is over because of the no show and I have to begin my claim from the beginning. Thank you for nothing.
