Do not take C&P exams here! The examiners are manipulative liars. My examiner told me one thing and wrote the complete opposite to the VA stating I was perfectly fine during a “two hour exam” which was actually only about 25-30 minutes. Throughout visit told me she would do her best to help me and wrote to VA exact opposite denying all my claims
Literally the worst C&P exams I’ve ever had. The schedule processing sucks & the examiner didn’t listen to me at all. I wish I could give 0 stars.
The service is absolutely garbage here! I had an appointment at 3pm on a Friday and I was coming all the way from Irvine because that's where I work and I left at a good time but there was a lot of heavy traffic and I knew I was going to run late so I called the office and no one picked up so I left a message and no one ever called me back and I arrived at 3:55 I told them I had called and left a message to see if they can still see me if I come in late but the girl at the front desk told me they never received a phone call ... read more
