My air duct cleaning technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. He was extremely courteous. He took off his shoes each time. He came and went from the house. When he was finished, he cleaned everything behind him.
The team did an excellent job - thorough, complete, no mess, and all vent covers were correctly reinstalled. Their prices are reasonable. We will not hesitate to hire them again to maintain these vital areas of our home that keep us safe and allow us to breathe easier.
The man who arrived at the house to clean the air vents got right to work. They were very nice and friendly, and they took their time to ensure that the job was done correctly. Extremely professional. One duct was partially detached, and it took some time to tape it up. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I no longer have morning congestion. The lint in the dryer vent they cleaned was probably enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket. I would highly recommend and add on cleaning the dryer vent!
