I was recommended by my GF who would always speak highly of their office. So I decided to try it out and sure enough, 5/5 stars for sure! The moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I was greeted with professionalism and care. Felt human to human versus just staff/doctor to patient/client. They combined both to truly make the experience worth coming back. The service is consistently excellent—from the friendly front office staff to the hygienists and all of the doctors. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. I had my first appointment with the Arcadia office today Anna Marie the first person you meet, greated me as if we had met before. Dr Katie who did my exam was so knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. This office has high tech instruments and it makes the exam so comfortable. Vickie the hygienists cleaned my teeth and was veryb gentle. Highly recommend this dentist and all the staff
