I visited this office looking for a new dentist in the area and they did not disappoint! Dr. Tsuchiyama was extremely kind, caring, and gentle and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me - Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and I’m very happy with the care that I received!

I do not recommend this dentist. On the day of my appointment, at last minute, the office texted me and said they were canceling my appointment because the office was closing for an “office meeting.” Nevermind that I had to take off work for this appointment. If I canceled my appointment at the last minute, per the dentist’s policies, they would charge me $75. But since it’s my time, it’s OK. I visited this office on November 11 last year to have two minor fillings done—nothing urgent. Before proceeding, I specifically asked about the cost and was told $85.60. I paid in full at the time of service. Three months later, I received an unexpected bill for an additional $72. When I called for clarification, they claimed my insurance hadn’t covered as much as expected. However, verifying coverage should be their responsibility, not mine. After being a patient at Loyal Dentistry for 2 years, all I can say is: What a Boom shakalaka and super awesome dental office in Arcadia. As an immigrant, I didn't have any professional dental care(clearing, filling etc, ) when I grow up so my teeth are quite sensitive and problematic.
