Amazing! Moved into a home with previous pets and pet odor. I tried multiple times to clean the carpets myself, got different sprays, and it seemed worse every time. Finally i bit the bullet and reached out. I was able to schedule within days. Adam was kind, personable, and very quick! The first time I came home after the carpet dried I was so relieved to walk in my house and have it smell good for the first time since moving in. Thank you Adam!

I had a stain I had tried several different techniques but it just wouldn’t come clean. Not only did they worked patiently with my busy schedule and around our busy family, but they were able to get the stain out! Give them a call!

I used Loyal Carpets to clean my decades old carpet. The results were amazing! The owner was prompt, professional and provided a quality result. I will definitely use Loyal Carpets again.
