I was given Loyal's information when I had to have my BMW towed because the starter was not functioning properly. They "repaired" my car quickly, replacing the starter for a low price. Immediately following the "repair", the car continued to have trouble, and completely broke down shortly after. I gave in and took the car to the BMW dealership, and they had to perform additional repairs to correct damage caused by Loyal's faulty work in trying to remove the starter.
