Very disappointed. Didn't like the policy of renew policy. Have to bring in cars for inspection ,And take pictures . Who has time for this people have busy life's, work, kids sick love ones . So I change car insurance that was the step I did. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS INSURANCE . EVEN MY NEW INSURANCE SAID IT WAS UNNECESSARY T O TO BRING CARS FOR INSPECTION. 😒🤯
