Went to this location yesterday and was turned away. I was told the address on my license was a high wrist area. I informed the agent that I just moved down the street and I gave her my new address that’s in the same neighborhood as Loya. She said that would be a high wrist area too. I only live down the street. I went to Acceptance and got excellent service. I told them of my experience at Loya and they said they never heard of that.
