Worst insurance to go through!!! Over priced!!!! And customer service is unacceptable!!!! They lapsed my insurance because they said my due date was on Christmas(when they were CLOSED) I tried to pay Friday morning they already had lapsed me and tried charging me a bunch of fees!!!!! Run the other way!!! Lupe is a poor supervisor and didn’t want to hear anything I said !!! Attitude 0/10!!!!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is this company completely unreliable, but they also have some of the most untrustworthy employees I’ve ever encountered. Imagine signing up for auto insurance, only to find out that your credit card information has been stolen and used—by someone who works at this very location. Absolutely unacceptable.
