The rates were surprisingly low and Trenice was extremely helpful and kind. She answered every question I had about my auto policy.
The people at Loya insurance has great customer service they will help you as much as possible if I could rate this place I would give it a 10 cause if you need help have any questions they will get you some answers….very satisfied!!
They are very rude and disrespected and don't know how to talk to people.
