The was a rude and disrespectful rude people and they had a attitude towards me too I have been with the company for a long time now
I called this office to get a quote. Lou stated that if I got a quote online it wouldn't be accurate and I would have to call them anyway. My family lives close and she stated "our company underwriting doesn't allow policies in this area"! Then without anything but my address, She hangs up when I asked her name. So I called back and got it. I will be reporting this place to the GA insurance commissioner. She didn't even pull credit as she didn't have my security or birth date. The Cartersville Georgia location has to be the absolute worst company in the state. They literally told me to break the law in order to get another car put on my policy. I have been with Loya for two years and the whole experience was less than stellar , but this made me switch companies.
