Don't waste your time! Couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. They are the least responsive business I have ever dealt with. Emails ignored requesting status. Said they would mail contracts but never did. The transaction we were conducting was a simple real estate deed transfer but the attorney failed to contact the Recorder of Deeds for 60 days to get the legal description of the property. In the meantime we are loosing valuable time and good weather to have the land cleared. Finally gave up and hired someone else.... read more
Billing was the only thing they were consistent in My husband & I went & hired Loy Law Firm for what should of been an easy case for an attorney, all they needed to do was obtain paperwork from another State & file a couple of motions. We ended up after several months being told that we would have to obtain the paperwork, he just didnt know how then he would proceed but our bill was 1500.00 so far. With one phone call we obtained the info. Then the motions weren't filed for over 2 months. We got charged for every for call in... read more
