I visit this Salon 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for my wife to change her hair color and cut the ends and the receptionist or the person i thought was the receptionist scheduled the appointment for the 27th with Miss Parish. On the 26th i call to confirm the appointment and was told nothing was scheduled. then i rescheduled with the actual stylist for today Dec 30. and unfortunately she has and emergency and cancel my appointment hours before the schedule time after confirming the appointment the day prior.
