Lying about real hair wigs. I bought and wanted change colour as I was assured it can be done. Because it’s synthetic it was not possible to do.
1 is too many for this location! Yesterday I Was there for Accessories , had purchased some prior to this time, but Customer service Was one of the worst experience I’ve excepted ! Choosing two items, And trying to have a short conversation , since there were no customers, She was just like a statue! No response, No emotion of any kind!!! I will never go back to this store and don’t recommend it! You’re spending $1500 of course they will kiss your ring!!!
They used to have the most lovely girls working now it feels like I’m getting my hair done at claries. I got my hair done curled by one of the new staff members and I’ve been going for years when I got my hair done all the curls were going different direction. Very poor management. Cheap owner selling wigs for $250+ when they’re off Amazon for 40$. On top of that they can’t even train their girls to blend extensions properly.
I recently got my hair done here at loxx. The girl burned my ear then blamed it on my “hair being to thin”. I walked out looking like a mess because she straightened only the bottom and not the top on my CURLY HAIR. I gave her no tip because she seemed annoyed the whole time with an attitude. Train your employees right. Know who your hiring.
