Good service, and honest in there servicing if its worth fixing or not. Would recommend them
As someone who has no chainsaw knowledge I walked out, after a big chat with Carl, feeling not as overwhelmed and like I had manageable options. Carls product knowledge and customer service is 5 star. Top shelf staff and store. Will return.
Segway's purchased were not pre delivered properly. One Segway is using almost 2 litres of oil a week (25hrs) from new. The other has had engine failure due to bad air filtration. It has only done 246hrs and they will not cover under warranty. It has been out of action for almost 3 months!
