Says they take emergency walk ins, when I asked if they take denta quest they pushed for more info dob and more, I said again, do you take dentaquest? Their response was our billing department handles that and they can check after more info, what can I help you with to make an appointment? I tell them the issue and immediately they say we don’t take that insurance at this time. Sayyyy that then the first 2 times I asked.
Great dental care, but not thrilled with front desk receptionist that tried to berate me like a child because I didn’t answer her prior calls to verify my appointment. I’m a grown man and this behavior towards patients is uncalled for. Sorry, but I don’t answer calls from unsolicited or unknown numbers and I’m not about to start either. I’ll call YOU if I want to cancel or reschedule.
Two of my old teeth chipped over a three week period. Loxahatchee Dental fit me in the morning after the first event. Fixed. Second took a bit longer, but fixed just the same. Highly recommended!
