Lindsey was as nice as she could be but truly did NOT know what she was doing cut OR color wise :-( 6.5 hours, $300 later, the color was not what I asked for, nor the cut & no refund will be issued per policy. No Refunds! Buyer Beware! Purchased extensions from Caytlin, she installed her brand extensions on November 6, 2025. Within a week the ends were frayed, she trimmed them off blaming heat damage. The following day they frayed once again (no heat used.) Fast forward to Christmas Day and this is what they looked like. Purchased for $700 and was told they would last two years. They DID NOT LAST ONE WEEK. My head was also covered in SORES where she had placed beads. Only hair products discussed with her were used. HORRIBLE qualit... read more
